Laura then transitioned into clinical practice as a Prosthetic Practitioner, working to design the most functional device for each individual patient. Combining her clinical expertise and strong regulatory background led Laura into compliance in the Orthotic and Prosthetic industry. Laura has 11 years of experience in the world of compliance and has built a robust compliance program at Medical Express.

All cancellation and transfer requests must be submitted in writing via email to education@kzanow.com. Refunds are subject to an administrative fee per registrant per course according to the following schedule:
- The course has not been started.
- If there is a pdf handout or workbook available, $60 will be deducted from the refund.
- If a hard copy book has been printed/shipped, $60 plus shipping and handling will be deducted.
- Timing of your request:
- Cancellation requests must be received via email within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund less above fees.
- Cancellations received after 24 hours of purchase will result in a transfer of funds to another on-demand course within the same year less above fees.
