How to Pivot in the New Reality
Cautious euphoria as Covid-19 waned has been quickly replaced with concern over the dramatic change in the economy over the last 6 months. Inflation is up. Portfolios are down. Interest rates are increasing. Recession fears are mounting. Consumer sentiment surveys have turned cautious if not slightly negative.
Last month the Wall Street Journal’s headline “Economy Pinches Upper Middle Class” reported that since June 2021, “…consumer sentiment for households earning 100K to 150k has fallen by the most of all economic groups…(data by Morning Consult).” This demographic, earning more money than 60% of households, could represent a substantial part of your prospective patient demographic. Even the top 20% of earners have seen their net worth shrink, giving them pause on spending.
For some, this economic downturn might be unfamiliar territory, but there are smart steps to take to keep your practice thriving. KZA and Nextech have created a specially designed workshop to help your practice deal with today’s economic realities. Our goal?
- Increase your awareness of the signs of a slowdown within the practice. There could be unidentified slow leaks.
- Challenge a “business as usual” mindset, offering smart ideas you can adopt for immediate results.
- Learn the key performance indicators found in Nextech reporting, yet commonly overlooked.
- Modify or sharpen the strategies and tactics performed by you and your staff.
Participants will receive a complimentary practice evaluation from a Nextech Professional Service team member who can help you identify improvement opportunities for your practice. Reports that are essential to use in today's economy will also be demonstrated.
